This was a bonus from BYS. I never thought I would use it but it is so useful. I use it for mixing my coffee, Protein water and Protein shakes.

I had one of these years ago, never really used it much in my teens (of course!). However, unsure why I didn’t think to buy one again sooner. I noticed my pre work out and protein. Shakes never mixed well with the shaker balls inside sometimes, not always. I started using forks instead of spoons which was slightly better. Anyways, randomly bought this purely for the convenience and I use it for everything! Kid you not, literally everything, pre workout because I add antiox collagen, protein and the complex with this purchase and it just blitzes it all so smooth so quick by just simply clicking a button 👏🏼 also with the complex you can froth it a little to thicken it up or just blitz to a shake, which ever you prefer or feel. Game changer 🤩 Never looking back!
