Live support - Speak to our friendly support team using the chat window in the bottom right hand corner of the page, we're online Monday to Friday 08:30am-4:00pm AEST. If the handy quick links don't answer your question, simply type your query into the text box and send it through to raise a support ticket. We'll get back to you faster than we down our first OG of the day!

Email - Send us an email directly at support@beforeyouspeakcoffee.com. If your enquiry is urgent, related to an existing order, or about your Auto-Delivery plan, please write 'Urgent' in the subject line so our team can get back to you as priority.

We endeavour to reply to all enquiries within 1-2 business days, delays may be experienced during peak times or sales periods. Please mark us as a safe sender in your address book, and check your spam folder for our reply before sending a follow up enquiry. 

If you are requesting an update on a shipped order: 

Please review your tracking link which can be found in your shipping confirmation email (this may be in your spam folder), or can be viewed by logging into your account and selecting the order link from there. 

If you are concerned your shipped order has been delayed or lost: We encourage you to review any known delays caused by peak shipping volume and public holiday closures directly on the shipping providers website, you can lodge an enquiry directly with them to speed up the investigation process if preferred.

All other non-urgent emails will be replied to as quickly as possible in the order that they are received. We recommend utilising our FAQ page in the mean time, and perusing the full product page as most product based questions can be answered there.
