Once your order has been paid for and confirmed, it is no longer possible to make any changes to the products ordered or the delivery address selected at the checkout, so please check your order carefully before making payment. Our support team will always do their best to assist with a solution, however errors made at the time of purchase are not the fault or responsibility of Beforeyouspeak.

We are only able to assist with returns on 30 serve coffee products purchased directly from www.beforeyouspeakcoffee.com. Any purchases made from independent retailers will need to be returned to the original place of purchase. Any ineligible returns will be returned to sender and no refunds or exchanges will be processed.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date and accompanied by a valid order number. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email, or in your customer account. If you cannot find your order number, please get in touch with our support team and they will be able to provide it to you. Any ineligible returns will be returned to sender and no refunds or exchanges will be processed.
Change of mind and taste satisfaction exchanges are only available for our 30 serve coffee blends, and only if there are 25 or more sachets remaining in the box. Coffee sachets must be returned in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.
Collagen Complex, Espresso Beans, merchandise, 7 serve pouches, apparel and sale items are all strictly non-returnable. Any ineligible returns will be returned to sender and no refunds or exchanges will be processed.
When returning your Coffee to exchange it for a different blend or flavour, please let us know your preferred exchange option by including a note inside the order, along with your full name and original order number. Only once the return has been received by Beforeyouspeak Coffee can an exchange be processed. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be actioned once marked as received back to our facility.
Returns must be sent back to our facility in Melbourne, Australia and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Beforeyouspeak Coffee is unable to recoup the original postage costs paid on items being returned therefore any initial delivery fees including VAT, duties, or other import and delivery costs are unable to be refunded or credited.
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or taste preference returns, if a store credit is preferred over an exchange then this can be requested via our support channels on a case by case basis.
Please note: Discounted items purchased during a sales event are strictly final sale, therefore they cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, gift card or store credit. Please ensure every item in your cart is correct before placing your order as we will not be able to make any adjustments after your order is shipped. Returns are not available for change of mind or if the wrong item is ordered during a sales period — so please choose carefully.
Please note: Special order items including apparel cannot be returned for refund or exchange so please ensure your order and size request is correct before making payment. Pre-orders cannot be edited, changed or cancelled once payment has been made so if you are unsure, please get in touch before completing your purchase.
Any orders that are returned to sender due to incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts or lapsed collection periods will be returned to our fulfilment facility in Melbourne. Please allow 5 business days after your order has been scanned as delivered back to us before getting in touch, to allow us time to process the return. Once processed, we will contact you directly using the details provided at the checkout to arrange re-delivery, so please ensure your email and phone number is correct at the time of purchase. If no response is received within a reasonable time period, unclaimed orders will be refunded to the original payment method less shipping costs as these cannot be recouped by us. Redelivery costs will apply if repeat orders are returned to us.
Please note: Beforeyouspeak E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and can only be used to purchase products available online at www.beforeyouspeakcoffee.com. E-Gift Cards cannot be used at any of our retail partners, either in-store or online.
