Not a fan of your Coffee blend? That’s okay, you can return it for up to 30 days after the date of purchase! 

If you’ve been sent the wrong thing (our bad), or your order has arrived damaged, please reach out to us at support@beforeyouspeakcoffee.com for assistance before initiating a return. If you aren’t a fan of the taste, or aren’t sure what blend would best suit your needs, please get in touch and we can provide more personalised advice.

Terms and Conditions

We are only able to assist with returns on 30 serve coffee products purchased directly from www.beforeyouspeakcoffee.com. Any purchases made from independent retailers will need to be returned to the original place of purchase. Any ineligible returns will be returned to sender and no refunds or exchanges will be processed.

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date and accompanied by a valid order number. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email, or in your customer account. Any ineligible returns will be returned to sender and no refunds or exchanges will be processed.

Change of mind and taste satisfaction returns are only available for our 30 serve coffee blends, and only if there are 25 or more sachets remaining in the box. Coffee sachets must be returned in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.

Collagen Complex, Espresso Beans, merchandise, 7 serve pouches, apparel and sale items including bundled products are all strictly non-returnable. Any ineligible returns will be returned to sender and no refunds or exchanges will be processed. 

Please include a note inside your return with your order number and full name so we can easily identify it. When returning your Coffee, you have the option of either a refund or an exchange, just let us know your preference on the note. Only once the return has been received by Beforeyouspeak Coffee can a refund/exchange be processed.

Returns must be sent back to our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Beforeyouspeak Coffee is unable to recoup the original postage costs paid on items being returned therefore any initial delivery fees are unable to be refunded. 

Refunds can only be made back to your original payment method and funds may take a few days to clear depending on your financial institution and payment method. Product costs only will be refunded, we are unable to refund any initial delivery fees including but not limited to customs costs, import taxes and international duties. 

Sale Items

Please note: Discounted items purchased during a sales event are strictly final sale, therefore they cannot be returned for a refund, gift card or store credit. Please ensure every item in your cart is correct before placing your order as we will not be able to make any adjustments after your order is shipped. Returns are not available for change of mind or if the wrong item or size is ordered during a sales period — so please choose carefully.

Beforeyouspeak Gift Cards 

Please note: Beforeyouspeak E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and can only be used to purchase products available online at www.beforeyouspeakcoffee.com. E-Gift Cards cannot be used at any of our retail partners, either in-store or online.
