I started a diet for lifestyle change and my health to feel better in myself and to also be here for my kids as long as I possibly can. Part of the diet was no sugar, and black coffee, with a touch of almond milk. I was like No Way being a big cappuccino drinker ... but I fricking love coffee, then this performance coffee from before you speak was suggested as it could be used in place of the black coffee without being detrimental to the diet plan and I am so glad I gave it a crack because its so good! I love the OG and as I can be a sweet tooth sometimes I do love the cinnamon spice flavour as well, so nice first thing in the morning and super hot, its delicious.
