    Hi Tina, we apologise for the confusion. Our Collagen Complex Rich Chocolate, French Vanilla, Caramel and Choc Hazelnut are gluten free however the Cookies & Cream flavour does contain small cookie bits so this flavour does contain a small amount of gluten. We are unable to see on the bundle product page where we have stated all flavours in the bundle are gluten free. We would love to connect with you on where you had seen this. Our Collagen Complex is advertised as dessert inspired flavours so they will all be found to be quite sweet. We haven't received any feedback regarding the dissolvability of these blends. If you are happy to reach out to our support team via support@beforeyouspeakcoffee.com we would love to hear how you are using and mixing these blends and we would be happy assist you with tips and tricks on getting the most out of your Complex blends. We are also happy to replace the sample tub of the Cookies & Cream flavour if you were unable to use this one due to the gluten inside.

    Hi Kassandra, we are sorry to hear that you aren't a fan of the sweetness of our Collagen Complex. Our Collagen Complex is advertised as dessert inspired flavours so they will all be found to be quite sweet however, these blends do not contain any artificial sweeteners. Instead of sugar these blends contain stevia leaf which is a natural sweetener derived from plants to add some sweetness as you cannot achieve these flavours this delicious without it, unless using aments amounts of sugar or added flavouring. We do have recipes available on our website where you can use each of these flavours across shakes, smoothies, desserts and treats to get the most out of your tub if you aren't enjoying the powder on its own in a drink :)
