Proline makes up at least 15% of collagen in our bodies and works synergistically with Lysine, B6 and Vitamin C.

Marine collagen contains higher levels of beauty boosting type I and III collagen and it is absorbed up to 150% more readily than other collagen sources. 

That, and we think it tastes better in coffee than other sources too.

Our collagen blends contain marine sourced collagen and unfortunately aren't considered vegan. 

Our vegan friends can enjoy our Performance and Adrenal Decaf blends instead :)

How many sachets you drink in a day is entirely up to you! 

Just keep an eye on your total daily caffeine intake as each sachet has 115mg of caffeine. How much caffeine you can tolerate is entirely individual and determined by factors such as age, weight, activity level, previous caffeine consumption and any underlying medical conditions.
