Black Friday Sale Returns Policy

Please note: Sale items purchased over our Black Friday sales event (24/11/20-30/11/20) are strictly final sale, therefore they cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, gift card or store credit. Please ensure every item in your cart is correct before placing your order as we will not be able to make any adjustments after your order is shipped. Returns are not available for change of mind or if the wrong item is ordered — so please choose carefully.

If you receive the wrong product in your order, the product is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team with your order number and concern.

Black Friday Sale Shipping Delays

Orders may take up to 3 business days to be dispatched from our warehouse due to the large increase in order volume. It is not unusual for there to be no movement on your tracking number for up to 3 business days after your order has been shipped due to the large volume being sent. We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience over our sales period :)

Domestic Shipping 

We know everyone hates waiting for their parcel and that’s why we have two options available at the checkout; Express and Standard Shipping. 

Due to increased parcel volume and ongoing restrictions caused by COVID-19, Australia Post is experiencing significant delays in delivering parcels to all areas of Australia. Our VIC and WA customers are especially impacted by this and some areas may take up to 4 weeks to receive their order if Standard Shipping is selected.

All Domestic and International orders (Excluding USA) are shipped daily (Mon-Fri) from our warehouse in Brisbane. If you would like same day dispatch, make sure to have your order placed by 10 am AEST. 

*Please note: Australia Post have temporarily suspended their Express Post guarantee due to COVID-19 delays. Although Express Post is still the fastest way to receive your order, for an estimated Express Post delivery time please visit

Domestic Shipping Rates 

Express Shipping on orders $130 and over: $4.95 

Express Shipping on orders Under $129.99: $9.95 

Standard Shipping on orders $130 and over: Free 

Standard Shipping on orders under $129.99: $4.95

Shipping insurance is available for an additional $2 to protect your order from loss or damage in transit. 

International Shipping 

All international orders (excluding the USA) are sent via DHL Express International. Please allow 7 to 14 business days to receive your order pending customs clearance. 

International customers, please note that some countries will require payment of a Government-mandated import or VAT tax before your order can be processed through Customs. For more information please refer to your National Customs Department or contact our international delivery partner DHL for advice on whether any additional import fees will be required before delivery is possible. These will be in addition to any shipping fees charged at the checkout. 

International Shipping Rates 

International Shipping is a flat rate of $15 per order or free for orders over $130. 

Beforeyouspeak Coffee Returns 

Not a fan? That’s okay, you can return the coffee up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. 

The product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in theoriginal packaging — If you have tried one sachet, that's okay, send the box back with remaining sachets and we will still refund you. Minimum sachets remaining in the box must be 25 or over to receive a full refund (excluding postage paid). 

Only once the return has been received by Beforeyouspeak Coffee can a refund be processed. Please ensure your return clearly states your name and order number either as the ‘sender’ somewhere on the package or include this on a note inside the returned package so your return can be easily identified.

Please email your order number and reason for return to to initiate your return and receive the correct return address.

Please note: We are only able to assist with returns or exchanges on products purchased directly from Any purchases made from independent retailers will need to be returned to the original place of purchase.

Beforeyouspeak Coffee Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange the coffee you ordered for an alternate flavour it must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging — If you have tried one sachet, that's okay, send the box back with remaining sachets and we will still be happy to exchange. Minimum sachets remaining in the box must be 25 or over to receive an exchange. 

Please note: If you wish to exchange your chosen coffee flavour, all transactions will incur a $5 re-delivery fee to be issued via an email payable link once the return is received. 

Beforeyouspeak Creamer Returns 

Returns are available subject to the following conditions: 

  • Items received are faulty, damaged or if the wrong product is sent. Returns are not available for change of mind on creamers, so please choose carefully. 
  • Once the parcel is received, we will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement depending on the concern. 

The following conditions will not be eligible for any refunds or returns

  • The products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not like the products. 
  • The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order.
  • The customer did not familiarise themselves with the ingredients or other product information available on the product page before ordering.

Please note: Beforeyouspeak Coffee is unable to recoup any original postage costspaid on items being returned so postage is unable to be refunded. Any postage costs incurred when returning an item for refund or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

Beforeyouspeak Clothing 

Due to the nature of this launch, all apparel purchases are considered Final Sale and therefore cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, store credit or gift card. Please ensure you have selected the correct size before purchasing. You can view our size chart within the image carousel of each style. 

For reference of each product, we have noted the size of the model, the size he/she is wearing and whether the item is true to size.

Gift Cards 

Please noteBeforeyouspeak E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and can only be used to purchase products available online at E-Gift Cards cannot be used at any of our retail locations, either in-store or online.
