This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Beforeyouspeak LLC, 1111B S Governors Ave # 54149, Dover, DE 19904, United States (the "Sponsor"). Questions may be directed to support@beforeyouspeakcoffee.com. Beforeyouspeak is the exclusive coffee supplier for the BWT Alpine Formula One Team.
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Formula 1, Formula One World Championship Limited, or Circuit of The Americas, LLC, or any of their affiliates.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. It is void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and everywhere outside the fifty (50) U.S. states and the District of Columbia, and wherever otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Entries from outside the eligible area will be disqualified. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person, are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday 9th 6:00pm Central Daylight Time ("CDT") and ends on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 8:00 PM CDT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period is divided into three (3) consecutive weekly periods ("Weekly Periods") for purposes of the Weekly Prize drawings. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible. The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://beforeyouspeakcoffee.com/pages/bysxalpinegiveaway and complete and submit the online entry form, including all required fields (the "Entry"). A valid email address is required to enter.
Limit: one (1) Entry per person and per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants may not share the same email address. Use of any automated system, script, bot, or other means to submit Entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or non-compliant with these Official Rules are void.
By submitting an Entry, you agree to receive marketing emails from the Sponsor and may unsubscribe at any time; agreeing to receive marketing emails does not improve your chances of winning. Providing a mobile phone number and consenting to marketing text messages is optional and is not required to enter or win. Marketing communications are governed by the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible Entries, as follows:
(a) Grand Prize drawing. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM CDT from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
(b) Weekly drawings. Three (3) Weekly Prize winners will be selected, one (1) per Weekly Period, in drawings conducted on or about Friday September 11th — week 1,September 18th — week 2, and September 25th — week 3. Each Weekly drawing will be made from all eligible Entries received as of that drawing whose entrant has not already been selected for a prize.
Entrants need only enter once; a single Entry is eligible for the Grand Prize drawing and for each Weekly drawing that occurs after the Entry is received. One prize per person: once an entrant is selected for any prize, that entrant is removed from all remaining drawings. All drawings are conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries.
6.1 Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize consisting of: (i) a three (3)-day ticket package admitting two (2) adults to the 2026 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas, for the race weekend of October 23–25, 2026; (ii) a Beforeyouspeak Coffee voucher for a 12-month supply of Beforeyouspeak Coffee; and (iii) signed Alpine merchandise - a signed Alpine drivers pack. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: approximately US$3,700.
The Grand Prize does NOT include, and the winner is solely responsible for, all costs and expenses not expressly listed above, including without limitation: airfare, flights, and all other transportation to and from Austin, Texas; ground transportation, rideshare, taxi, and parking; accommodation/lodging; meals, food, and beverages (other than the coffee voucher); travel insurance; and all other incidental, personal, or out-of-pocket expenses. The Grand Prize does not include any hospitality, paddock, or pit-lane access unless expressly stated above.
The Grand Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty, express or implied. No cash alternative, transfer, assignment, or substitution is permitted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize (or component) of equal or greater value if any component becomes unavailable for any reason. The tickets may not be sold, auctioned, or resold. The winner must be able to attend on the specified date(s); there are no alternate dates. If the winner is unable to attend, the ticket component will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
Ticket conditions. The tickets are issued subject to the ticket terms, conditions, and venue policies of Circuit of The Americas and the event promoter (available at circuitoftheamericas.com), with which the winner agrees to comply. Each ticket is a revocable license. The tickets are personal to the winner and their guest and may not be resold, transferred, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose; any such use may void the tickets and result in refused entry or ejection. The winner must provide the full legal name(s) of the attendee(s) to enable ticket registration by Tuesday 6th October 2026.
6.2 Weekly Prizes. Three (3) Weekly Prizes, one (1) awarded per Weekly drawing. Each Weekly Prize is a "mystery" prize selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion — the specific item is not disclosed in advance and may vary from week to week — with an approximate retail value of up to US$300 each. No cash alternative, transfer, assignment, or substitution is permitted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a Weekly Prize of equal or greater value if the intended item becomes unavailable. Weekly Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty.
6.3 Total ARV. The total approximate retail value of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is approximately US$4,900 (Grand Prize plus three (3) Weekly Prizes at up to US$300 each).
Each potential winner will be notified by email (and/or phone, where provided) within two (2) business days of the applicable drawing. The Grand Prize must be claimed by Tuesday, October 6, 2026; each Weekly Prize winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond or claim in time, is found ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or if a notification is returned undeliverable, the applicable prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible Entries. The Sponsor will select up to three (3) alternate winners per prize; if no eligible winner claims a prize, that prize may go unawarded.
As a condition of receiving a prize, the potential winner (and, where applicable, their guest) may be required to complete, sign, and return within three (3) days: (a) an Affidavit of Eligibility; (b) a Liability Release; (c) a Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law); and (d) an IRS Form W-9 where required (see §8). Failure to return the required documents in time may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with acceptance and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the ARV of any prize awarded to a winner is US$600 or more, the Sponsor will issue that winner an IRS Form 1099, and the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (including a Social Security Number or taxpayer identification number) before the prize is awarded. The Grand Prize ARV is US$600 or more and will be reported on a Form 1099. Weekly Prizes have an ARV under US$600 and, absent a winner receiving US$600 or more in aggregate prizes, will not be reported on a Form 1099; the Sponsor may still request tax information where required by law.
The Grand Prize winner's guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and must comply with these Official Rules and all applicable ticket and venue terms. The winner is responsible for their guest's conduct.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive manner. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason — including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes — the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify affected Entries and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and select the winner(s) from eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to the action taken.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW.
The Grand Prize relates to a live motorsport event outside the Sponsor's control. If the 2026 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, relocated, shortened, run without spectators, or otherwise materially changed for any reason (including weather, force majeure, government action, public-health measures, or a decision of the event organizer), the Sponsor will have no liability to the winner, and may, in its sole discretion, award a substitute prize of equal or greater value or a cash equivalent, or the ticket component may be satisfied by provision of the tickets in whatever form the event proceeds. The Sponsor is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the event organizer or venue.
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Formula 1, Formula One World Championship Limited, Circuit of The Americas, LLC, BWT Alpine Formula One Team, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, officers, directors, employees, and suppliers (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind (including personal injury, death, and property damage) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or attendance at the event.
Attendance at a motorsport event involves inherent risks. The Grand Prize winner and their guest voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of the above may not apply to a given entrant; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable Entries or communications, technical or network failures, or any administration error.
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://beforeyouspeakcoffee.com/policies/privacy-policy and the Notice of Financial Incentive at https://beforeyouspeakcoffee.com/pages/notice-of-financial-incentive. By entering, each entrant agrees to receive the Sponsor's marketing emails and may unsubscribe at any time. Marketing text messages are sent only to entrants who separately provide a mobile number and opt in on the entry form. Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles; and (c) [OPTIONAL — confirm with counsel: any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and entrants waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action]. Remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta / Instagram / Facebook / TikTok / LinkedIn. Entrants release host platform Shopify completely. Any questions or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, not to Shopify.
