Sourcing & Manufacturing FAQs

Where does your coffee come from?

Our coffee beans are single-sourced from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ Colombian growers.

Being Rainforest Alliance Certified™ requires the producer of our coffee beans to be compliant in independent audits, measuring standards against social, economic, and environmental pillars.

For a more detailed insight as to why we’re proud to use Rainforest Alliance Certified™ coffee in our blends, head to their website.

Where do your active ingredients come from?

Our research & development team works closely with a global network of ingredient suppliers to ensure our blends are consistently comprised of the highest quality, premium ingredients.

By utilising a worldwide network, we can ensure taste, quality, freshness and supply are consistent year-round, regardless of seasonal availability.

What decaffeination process do you use?

Our decaf blends are decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process! This method only uses water, temperature and time to gently remove at least 97% of caffeine from our Colombian coffee bean, while preserving all the coffee's original characteristics.

This means you're getting the very best cup of decaf, free of chemicals or residual processing flavours and retaining most of coffee's precious flavour and potent antioxidants. The lack of chemicals compared to the other methods also makes it a more earth-friendly option!

Where are your manufacturers based?

All of our Coffee and Collagen Complex products are blended and packaged in certified facilities in Melbourne, Australia.
