One Time Orders

Redeem $$ off your orders directly at the checkout, no need to create and apply codes!

Why the change? 

The vast majority of customers are already using the streamlined $$ off function at the checkout, instead of manually redeeming points to apply a code at the checkout. The savings and value remain the same, it just allows you more flexibility when using your points, and saves you time when ordering.

Can I still redeem for free merch or free shipping? 

Your $$ off savings will discount your total order value, meaning you can discount any product you would like by redeeming the items value at the checkout. This will work the same way to offset any shipping costs.

Can I save my points up to use on a future order? 

You sure can, redeeming your points at the checkout is completely optional so you can save them up if preferred. *Please note, orders can only be discounted up to a maximum of $100AUD.

I had unused rewards codes in my Brew Club account, what happened to them? 

Please rest assured that any unused rewards codes will be cancelled and refunded back to your points balance for future use.

What if I don't live in Australia? 

One of the main reasons for the change was due to limitations that prevented some international customers from being able to apply their own discounts. However the checkout redemption option is accessible to all customers worldwide!

Subscription Orders

Subscription customers now have the ability to apply $$ off credits in their subscription portal with the click of a button, no codes needed!

Can I go back to the old program? 

While our friendly support team can assist with converting your credit balance back to rewards points, these are no longer compatible with subscription orders. You can only redeem rewards points on one-time orders which do not attract the subscriber exclusive 15% off discount.

I had unused rewards in my Brew Club account, what happened to them? 

Please rest assured that any unused rewards codes were cancelled and refunded back to your points balance before your new credit balance was calculated.

How many credits do I earn per order? 

This will depend on your order total, however you will continue to receive the same value that the previous program provided. You will earn 10% of your order total back in credits to redeem on future orders, excluding shipping costs.

Do my credits expire? 

Yes, however you have a full 12 months to use them so there's plenty of time!

Can I redeem only some of my credits? 

No, however this is something we are hoping to enable in the future and are working on adding this functionality.

Once the 'Auto-apply to the next order' toggle is switched on, your entire credit balance will be used to discount your next order. Shipping charges cannot be discounted, and you can only redeem up to a maximum of $100AUD per order.

If your credit balance exceeds your order total (less shipping), remaining credits will roll over to your next order until your credit balance reaches $0.00.

Can I save my credits up to use on a future order? 

You sure can, just ensure the 'Auto-apply to the next order' toggle remains in the off position until you're ready to redeem your credit balance.

Once switched to on, your entire credit balance will be used to discount your next order, up to $100AUD. You can update your preferences at any time in your account.

Will my credits auto-apply each time? 

Kind of. The auto-apply option in your account will remain switched on so long as you have available credits to use. It will switch off each time your credit balance reaches $0.00.

This allows you to build up a larger balance to redeem in the future if preferred. You can still redeem smaller amounts on every order if you'd like, simply switch your credit redemption on prior to each order processing.

Why was I still charged shipping? 

Shipping charges cannot be discounted as these costs cannot be recouped from our shipping provider.

If your credit discount brings your order total to below the free shipping threshold of $150AUD, standard shipping rates will apply.

If your credit balance exceeds your order total, unused credits will roll over to your next order.

What if I don't live in Australia?
