To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge all individuals and entities responsible in the organisation of the Run Club, including but not limited to BYS Coffee, Alpine, their employees, volunteers, leaders, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability for any:

  • Personal injury (including death),

  • Property loss or damage,

  • Any other claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or in connection with your participation in the Run Club.

This waiver applies regardless of whether the incident arises from negligence (except where prohibited by law) or any other cause.

3. Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must have written permission from a parent or guardian and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

4. Conduct

You agree to act responsibly and respectfully at all times during the Run Club sessions, including:

  • Following the instructions of Run Club leaders.

  • Respecting fellow runners, the public, and the environment.

  • Adhering to the local laws when running on public roads and spaces.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the group if their behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of these terms.

5. Changes or Cancellations

The Run Club may cancel or reschedule sessions due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, at our sole discretion. We Notwithstanding the above, we will nevertheless endeavour to provide reasonable notice, if possible.

6. Media & Photography

You consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken during Run Club activities for public promotional purposes. If you wish not to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before attending.

7. Data Protection

We will store and handle your personal information in accordance with applicable legislation. By signing up to this event you accept that your data will be shared with THIS gym, Alpine and BYS. Your data will not be shared with any additional third parties without your consent.

8. Legal Inclusion

The Run Club is organised and operated independently by Beforeyouspeak Coffee (BYS) and is not managed by, or under the control of Alpine. Accordingly, Alpine shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Run Club, including but not limited to those related to attendance, participation, or any other activities conducted during the Run Club. All inquiries, concerns, or disputes regarding the event should be directed to Beforeyouspeak Coffee, as may be relevant.

9. Agreement

By attending the Run Club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
