Proficient: 20x Band Assisted Pull Ups
Beginner: 20x Inverted Rows

Proficient: 10x Bar Only Snatches
Beginner: 10x Broomstick Snatches 


Exercise 3

Experienced: 100x Double Unders
Proficient: 100x Single Unders
Beginner: 100x Double Bounce Jump
