We just can't go past a hearty, easy to prepare bowl of baked oats for brekky in the cooler months, especially when it's coffee spiked for an extra kick!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp choc or vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tbsp sweetener
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 1/2 sachet of your favourite BYS coffee, or 1 Espresso shot
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup milk of choice*
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
*Depending on the type of protein used, you may need less/more milk. Start with a 1/4 cup and slowly add in until desired consistency is reached.
Method:
- Blend together all dry ingredients.
- Blend in all remaining wet ingredients.
- Transfer into an oven proof dish.
- Bake at 170C for ~15 minutes.
- Top with yoghurt + cocoa powder
