A delicious mix of health foods, vitamins, superfoods and minerals, this smoothie will keep you focused on your goals, shredding through your to-do list and energised like a battery! 


Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1 pitted medjool date

1 tbsp Beforeyouspeak Keto Caramel Creamer

1 sachet of Beforeyouspeak Thermo Extra Shot
½ scoop Caramel or Vanilla protein powder 

1/2 cup milk of choice 

½ cup ice 

Method:

  1. Place all smoothie ingredients into your blender and process until smooth, creamy and well combined.
  2. Pour into a glass or a bowl for a smoothie bowl option and top with toppings of choice.
  3. Enjoy!
