Pre-Workout Brownie Balls

What's better than a pre-workout snack? A chocolate one. We are all about balance here at Beforeyouspeak, and when we can combine health + coffee + chocolate all into one ball, we are sitting on Cloud 9. 

These Pre-Workout Brownie Balls are made with our Thermo blend, and Chocolate Collagen Creamer to create the ultimate snack!

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 Cup Oats
  • 35g(1 Scoop) Protein Powder of Choice
  • 6 Pitted Medjool Dates
  • 2 TBSP Organic Cacao Powder
  • 1 TBSP Beforeyouspeak Collagen Creamer - Chocolate
  • 1 Sachet of Beforeyouspeak Thermo Coffee - Original
  • 15g Coconut Oil (melted)
  • 1/8 Cup of Water
  • 1/3 Cup Walnuts, Crushed

Method

  1. Add oats, protein powder, medjool dates, cacao powder, Collagen Creamer, Thermo Coffee, Coconut Oil & a splash of water into a food processor or blender. Blend on high until consistency is crumbly but sticky. Continue to add water if the mixture is too dry.
  2. Stir in the crushed walnuts.
  3. Roll into 12 even balls and refrigerate for up to 10 days or freeze for up to two months.
  4. Enjoy!
