Rich, chocolatey and infused with a coffee kick, these No-Bake Collagen Mocha Brownie Bites are the ultimate feel-good treat. Made with real ingredients and boosted with collagen, they come together fast with zero baking required. They’re perfect for a quick energy hit when sweet cravings strike.

Ingredients
Brownie Base
- 1 1/2 cups pitted dates
- 1 sachet BYS Collagen Coffee - Mocha
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
Chocolate Layer
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/3 cup cacao
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Few almonds to top
Method
- Place the dates in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Soak for 5 minutes, then drain well.
- Add the soaked dates into a food processor along with all remaining brownie base ingredients. Blend until the mixture is sticky and well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into a silicone loaf pan, or a lined loaf pan, smoothing the top evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix together all chocolate layer ingredients until smooth and glossy.
- Pour the chocolate layer over the brownie base, spreading evenly. Finish with a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of almonds on top.
- Place in the fridge to set (or the freezer if you’re short on time OR in desperate need of a sweet treat).
- Once firm, remove from the pan and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Sit back, relax and enjoy your sweet treat!
