Layered with a rich cacao base, creamy peanut butter caramel, and a glossy dark chocolate topping, it’s your new go-to for post-dinner, mid-arvo, or anytime cravings. Minimal prep, maximum flavour!
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup cacao
3 tbsp Chocolate Complex
½ cup maple
½ cup coconut oil
1 cup smooth peanut butter
¾ cup coconut cream
Dark chocolate, melted
Method:
- In a mixing bowl combine almond flour, cacao, collagen complex, ¼ cup maple, and ¼ cup coconut oil, stir until combined.
- Press into a lined baking tin or loaf tin.
- To make the caramel layer, in a separate bowl combine peanut butter, ¼ cup maple, ¼ cup coconut oil and ½ cup coconut cream.
- Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Pour over base and set in freezer for 10 minutes.
- Combine melted dark chocolate with ¼ cup coconut cream and smooth over caramel layer.
- Return to freezer for 2 hours to set.
- Slice and enjoy!
