Mocha Smoothie Bowl

Velvety chocolate with a robust flavour of coffee in this delicious mocha smoothie bowl, made with bananas and almond butter.

What you need:

2 frozen bananas

1 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 an avocado

1 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp chocolate protein

2 heaped tbsp cacao powder

1 sachet BYS Collagen Mocha Coffee

1/4 cup coconut or non dairy milk

Strawberries, banana and granola to decorate.

 

How to:

  1. In a blender combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend until thick and smooth. This may require scraping down the sides or for best results use a tamper.
  3. Transfer to bowl of choice.
  4. Top with fresh strawberries, sliced banana and granola.
  5. Enjoy.
