Iced Peppermint Mocha with Coconut Cold Foam

Meet your new Christmas crush: the Iced Peppermint Mocha with Coconut Cold Foam. It’s minty, merry, and powered by our Collagen Mocha Coffee, aka the holiday fuel Santa wishes he had in his sleigh! Perfect for cooling down in the summer heat while cranking up the festive energy. Sip it, shake it, sleigh it. 🎄⚡️✨ 

Ingredients:

Iced Peppermint Mocha:

  • 1 cup chocolate coconut water
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 sachet Beforeyouspeak Collagen Mocha
  • 1/8th tsp (or just a tiny splash) of peppermint extract
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Coconut Cold Foam:

  • 3 tbsp canned coconut cream (chilled)
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk (from the carton)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

 

Method:

  1. Add choc coconut water, water, Collagen Mocha sachet and peppermint to a glass. Mix with a handheld mixer/milk frother. Add ice.
  2. In another glass or deep bowl, add all of the cold foam ingredients and mix using the milk frother until thick. Pour on top of the peppermint mocha. 
  3. Enjoy! Make sure to sip the coffee through the cold foam for ultimate taste! 🍫
