- 240ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 90g Frozen Cauliflower
- 10g of Beforeyouspeak Chocolate Collagen Creamer
- 1/2 Banana
- 25g Chocolate Protein Powder (of choice)
- 3g Chia Seeds
Pinch of Sea Salt + Nibs (optional for topping)
1. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, add the almond milk. Bring to a simmer and then add to a blender.
2. Add the remaining ingredients
3. Blend carefully, allowing space for the heat to escape, until smooth and creamy.
4. Serve warm and enjoy!
