Ingredients:
- 6 Cadbury Hollow Hunting Eggs
- 3 Chocolate Ripple Biscuits
- 150g High protein yoghurt
- 1 Scoop protein - chocolate
- 1 Scoop Beforeyouspeakcoffee Collagen Complex - Choc Hazelnut
- 100g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- A generous scoop of Nutella to top
Method:
- Heat knife in hot water and slowly slice the hollow egg in half
- Crush the biscuits and half fill each half of the easter eggs
- Combine the yoghurt, protein, Collagen Complex and cream cheese until smooth
- Add the yoghurt mixture on top of the biscuit base
- Melt Nutella in the microwave, drizzle over the top of each cheesecake egg (as much as your heart desires)
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
