The BYS team are positively obsessed with overnight oats for breakfast ( and sometimes lunch and dinner!). We love that they can be prepared in advance to make the morning as easy as possible, simply pull out of the fridge and you've got a nutritious AND delicious brekky ready to go. This recipe is jam packed with protein, and extremely versatile for adapting to suit your nutritional needs. A win win if you ask us!
Makes 1 delicious portion
Ingredients:
- 2 Weetbix
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 150g high protein yoghurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop of Collagen Complex Cookies & Cream
To Top:
- 1 tbsp protein yoghurt
- 25g melted white chocolate
- Crushed Oreos
Method:
- For the first layer, crush Weetbix and combine with milk until it creates a smooth base.
- For the second layer, combine yoghurt, protein, and Collagen Complex, spread on top of Weetbix base.
- For the third layer, combine chocolate and yoghurt together and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top
- Refrigerate overnight
- Enjoy!
