Macros (per serve):
153 Cal, 17g Carbs, 7g Fat, 6g Protein
Ingredients:
- 250g Caramilk chocolate
- 150g yoghurt of choice
- 4 serves Beforeyouspeak Collagen Complex — Caramel
- 2 scoops of protein powder of choice — preferably caramel
Inclusions of choice — we used;
- Macadamia nuts (60g)
- Marshmallows (10 medium)
- Biscuits (125g Scotch Finger)
Method:
- Melt down chocolate and stir through yoghurt, protein powder and Collagen Complex to combine.
- Chop your mix-ins accordingly and stir through the mixture.
- Pour into a lined baking tin and set in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into chunks and enjoy!
