Our friend @nourishfulsabrina has gifted us with the most indulgent, choc twist to a coffee classic EVER!
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup raw cocoa powder
- 1 sachet Beforeyouspeak Collagen Mocha
- 1 tbsp Beforeyouspeak Chocolate Collagen Creamer
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
- 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
- Coconut yoghurt for layering
- Cacao, cocoa or additional coffee to top
1. Combine all the ingredients except the coconut yoghurt in a bowl, and set in the fridge overnight.
2. Grab a glass and place a layer of the oat-chia mixture at the bottom and layer on the yoghurt.
3. Place another layer of the oat-chia mixture, then a layer of coconut yoghurt on top to finish off.
4. Dust with more coffee or cocoa/cacao powder and you are done!
