- 2 cups Rice Bubbles (puffed quinoa for a GF version)
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 sachet Collagen Coffee - Original
- 1 tbs coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 serves Collagen Complex - Rich Chocolate
- 1/2 cup of melted dark chocolate
- 1/4 slithered almonds (optional)
- Extra melted choc to drizzle (optional)
Method
- Add dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine.
- Melt chocolate, peanut butter and coconut oil together in either a double boiler or the microwave.
- Add chocolate mixture to the dry ingredients, combine until all rice bubbles are coated.
- Line a baking tray and pour mixture in, packing it down tightly.

Refrigerate for 2 hours and cut into bite size pieces.
- Melt an additional little bit of chocolate (we used milk chocolate for this) and drizzle over the top of your bite size Choc Crackles.
