Caffeine & Collagen Spiked Chocolate Crackle Bites

These coffee & collagen spiked (adults only), chocolate crackles are the perfect bite sized, pre-training snack. High in healthy fats and easily digestible, they'll help to provide your body with the fuel it needs to dig deep & train hard.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Rice Bubbles (puffed quinoa for a GF version)
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 sachet Collagen Coffee - Original 
  • 1 tbs coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 serves Collagen Complex - Rich Chocolate 
  • 1/2 cup of melted dark chocolate
  • 1/4 slithered almonds (optional)
  • Extra melted choc to drizzle (optional)

Method

  1. Add dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine. 
  2. Melt chocolate, peanut butter and coconut oil together in either a double boiler or the microwave. 
  3. Add chocolate mixture to the dry ingredients, combine until all rice bubbles are coated.
  4. Line a baking tray and pour mixture in, packing it down tightly.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours and cut into bite size pieces.
  6. Melt an additional little bit of chocolate (we used milk chocolate for this) and drizzle over the top of your bite size Choc Crackles.
  7. ENJOY!!
