Choc Top Crunch Overnight Oats


Oat Layer:
1/2 cup quick oats
2 TBSP protein powder
1 TSBP chia seeds
2 TBSP greek style vanilla yoghurt
2/3 cup plant milk
1 serve Beforeyouspeak Coffee Rich Choc Collagen Complex

Chocolate layer:
1 tbsp choc chips
2 tsp coconut oil
Choc cereal



Combine the oat layer ingredients together in a bowl and layer into a glass.
Top with a layer of yoghurt
Place the in the fridge for at least 2 hours / overnight
Once the oats are ready, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together (in 30 second intervals whilst stirring in between so it doesn’t burn)
Top with melted chocolate and cereal
Place back in the fridge and remove after 10-20 minutes
Crack the top and enjoy!
