Ingredients:
Method for a Ninja Creami:
  1. Add dates, water and salt to a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring and breaking down the dates until it forms a caramel paste.
  2. Add coconut cream, coconut milk, BYS sachet, protein powder and tapioca, and whisk until well combined with no lumps.
  3. Remove from heat and cool fully before pouring into a Creami tub.
  4. Freeze for 12 to 24 hours. Spin on the gelato setting, and re-spin until it reaches the desired consistency. 
  5. Enjoy!
Method with regular blender:
  1. Add dates, water and salt to a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring and breaking down the dates until it forms a caramel paste.
  2. Add coconut cream, coconut milk, BYS sachet, protein powder and tapioca, and whisk until well combined with no lumps.
  3. Remove from heat and cool fully
  4. Pour in to container.
  5. Let set in freezer for 2 - 3 hours, or until just set. Once just set, use blender to mix before popping back in the freezer to set completely over night.
  6. Scoop and enjoy!
