Ingredients
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1/2 Cup ice
- 1 Cup coconut water
- 1 Sachet BYS Performance Coffee - The OG
- 1 Serving BYS Collagen Complex - Rich Chocolate
- 1 Serving chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Method
- Add the banana, ice and coconut water to a blender first (to help everything blend smoothly).
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Blend until thick, creamy and well combined.
- Pour into your all time favourite glass, serve immediately and enjoy!
