If you’re after a sweet treat that feels just as good as it tastes, this Collagen Caramel Slice is hard to beat. A soft, nutty almond base, layered with a mocha-infused caramel, and topped with a rich dark chocolate, it’s the perfect balance of indulgence and nourishment.
The addition of collagen brings a functional edge, supporting hair, skin, and nails. It's easy to make and even easier to enjoy, this is a slice you’ll keep coming back to.

Ingredients:
Base
- 1 Cup Packed Almond Flour
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Melted
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
Caramel Layer
- 1/2 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 x Sachets BYS Collagen Coffee - Mocha
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Chocolate Layer
- 50g Dark Chocolate (the higher %, the better)
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
- Mix the base ingredients together, press into a silicone loaf pan and bake for 12 minutes. Set aside in the fridge or freezer to cool. While the base is baking and cooling, make the mocha caramel.
- Mix all Collagen Mocha caramel layer ingredients together until fully combined. Taste and add more maple syrup if you’d like it sweeter.
- Once the base has cooled, pour the caramel layer over the top and return to the freezer to set.
- Once the caramel layer has set, melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil and pour over the top.
- Return to the freezer to set for at least 20-30 minutes before slicing.
- Serve and enjoy!
