Ingredients:
Doughnuts
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour (or alternate flour)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 Sachet Beforeyouspeak Performance Coffee - Caramel
- 1 tbsp Beforeyouspeak Collagen Complex - Caramel
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
Toppings
- 1/2 cup dairy free white chocolate
- 1/4 cup coconut
- Mini Easter eggs of your choice
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
- Place all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and combine.
- Create a well in the centre of the mixture.
- Place the wet ingredients into the centre and stir until just combined.
- Divide the mixture between 10 donut moulds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Melt down the white chocolate in 15 second intervals. Once melted, dip the top of the donuts into the chocolate.
- Let the chocolate set in the fridge and top with coconut and easter eggs for decoration!
