Tiramisu Baked Oats

We just can't go past a hearty, easy to prepare bowl of baked oats for brekky in the cooler months, especially when it's coffee spiked for an extra kick!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp choc or vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tbsp sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 sachet of your favourite BYS coffee, or 1 Espresso shot
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup milk of choice*
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt

*Depending on the type of protein used, you may need less/more milk. Start with a 1/4 cup and slowly add in until desired consistency is reached.

Method:

  1. Blend together all dry ingredients.
  2. Blend in all remaining wet ingredients.
  3. Transfer into an oven proof dish.
  4. Bake at 170C for ~15 minutes.
  5. Top with yoghurt + cocoa powder
