Once an order is paid and confirmed, we're not able to change the products or delivery address. Please check everything carefully before payment. Our support team will always help where they can, but errors made at checkout aren't something we're able to take responsibility for.

We can only accept returns on 30 serve coffee purchased directly from www.beforeyouspeakcoffee.com. All other products, bundles, and sale or clearance items are excluded. Purchases made through independent retailers need to go back to the original place of purchase. Ineligible returns will be sent back to you and no store credit will be issued.
Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery and include a valid order number. You'll find this in your order confirmation email or your customer account. Can't locate it? Our support team can help.
To be eligible, your coffee needs 25 or more sachets remaining in the box, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on change of mind or taste preference returns. Once your return is received and checked, we'll issue store credit to the value of the product cost. This lands in the account used to place the original order, ready to put toward your next one.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date your return is received at our facility for your store credit to be applied.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We're not able to recoup original postage costs, so any delivery fees, duties or import costs paid at checkout can't be refunded or credited.
Discounted items purchased during a sale are final sale. They can't be returned for store credit, exchange or refund. Please check your cart carefully before ordering, as we're not able to make adjustments once an order has shipped. Choose carefully during sale periods, change of mind and incorrect orders aren't eligible for return.
Special order items, including apparel, can't be returned for store credit or exchange, so make sure your order and size are right before paying. Pre-orders can't be edited, changed or cancelled once payment is made. Get in touch first if you're unsure.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts or lapsed collection will come back to our fulfilment facility. Please allow 5 business days after receipt back to our warehouse before reaching out.
Once processed, we'll contact you directly to arrange re-delivery, so make sure your email and phone number are correct at checkout. If we don't hear back within a reasonable time, the unclaimed order will be refunded to the original payment method less shipping costs, as these can't be recouped. Redelivery costs will apply if multiple orders are returned to us.
Beforeyouspeak E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and can only be used at www.beforeyouspeakcoffee.com. They can't be used at any retail partners, in-store or online.
