This delicious recipe from our friend Em Swanston can be easily adapted to suit your personal health goals and nutritional needs, and is guaranteed to cure 3:30itis!
1 Bowl + 30 mins! Here's how you do it:
Makes 10 large bars or 20 blissful bites
Ingredients:
Crispy Base:
- 1/2 Cup peanut butter
- 1/4 Cup (liquid) coconut oil
- 1/4 Cup maple syrup - Can sub for sugar free
- 2 Tbsp melted choc
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 Cup of crispy cereal
- 1scp Macro Mike Choc caramel almond protein (vanilla, caramel or deluxe choc are too)
- 1/4 Cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 Cup almond butter
- 2 Tbsp liquid coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 Cup dark choc
- 1 Sachet Collagen Mocha Coffee (Sub Adrenal Mocha for vegan/decaf option)
- 1 Tsp coconut oil
Method:
- Mix the base ingredients excluding cereal until smooth
- Add cereal
- Press into a lined loaf tin
- Mix caramel ingredients
- Spread onto base
- Freeze for 15-20 mins until set
- Melt chocolate, espresso, coconut oil and combine
- Slice to your desired size
- Drizzle with melted chocolate
- Devour!
