On Oat Milk - 119 Cal, 10g Carbs, 4g Fat, 10g Protein
Ingredients:
- 1 sachet Beforeyouspeak Adrenal Decaf Coffee — Mocha
- 1 serving Beforeyouspeak Collagen Complex — Rich Chocolate
- 125ml hot water (or cold)
- 125ml frothed milk of choice
- Optional: whipped cream and dusting chocolate for serving
Method:
- Bring kettle to a boil.
- Meanwhile, empty sachet of Adrenal Decaf into a cup and add Collagen Complex.
- Pour hot water into cup and stir to combine.
- Froth milk either using a frother or coffee machine. Otherwise, warm milk in the microwave and froth with an eletric whisk.
- Top with a swirl of whipped cream and dusting chocolate if you desire. Enjoy!
