Waiver (not optional- must confirm before registering)
By attending and participating in the Beforeyouspeak x Jack Doohan Hyrox Club ("Hyrox Club", 'Workout'), you agree to the following terms and conditions. The event is operated by Beforeyouspeak Coffee ("we", "us", "our" or “BYS Coffee”).

1. Participation at Your Own Risk

Participation in the workout is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. Running and strength training is a physically

strenuous activity, and you acknowledge the inherent risks, including but not limited to injury,

illness, falls, collisions, dehydration, and, in rare cases, serious injury or death.

You confirm that:

  • You are physically fit and sufficiently prepared to participate.

  • You have no known medical condition or injury that would make participation dangerous

  • for you or others.

  • You take full responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being during the sessions.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge all individuals and entities responsible in the organisation of the Hyrox Club, including but not limited to BYS Coffee, Korrect Fitness their employees, volunteers, leaders, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability for any:

  • Personal injury (including death),

  • Property loss or damage,

  • Any other claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or in connection with your participation in the Workout.

This waiver applies regardless of whether the incident arises from negligence (except where prohibited by law) or any other cause.

3. Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must have written permission from a parent or guardian and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

4. Conduct

You agree to act responsibly and respectfully at all times during the Workout sessions, including:

  • Following the instructions of the workout instructors
  • Respecting fellow attendees, and the environment.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the group if their behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of these terms.

5. Changes or Cancellations

The Hyrox Club may cancel or reschedule sessions due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, at our sole discretion. We Notwithstanding the above, we will nevertheless endeavour to provide reasonable notice, if possible.

6. Media & Photography

You consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken during Hyrox Club activities for public promotional purposes. If you wish not to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before attending.

7. Data Protection

We will store and handle your personal information in accordance with applicable legislation. By signing up to this event you accept that your data will be shared with Amazfit, Korrect and BYS. Your data will not be shared with any additional third parties without your consent.

8. Legal Inclusion

Beforeyouspeak Coffee, and Korrect Fitness shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the workout, including but not limited to those related to attendance, participation, or any other activities conducted during.

9. Agreement

By attending and participating in the Hyrox club you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
