GOOD TRACKS: A Morning of Movement, Mates & Mental Fitness

We were proud to support our friends at The Morning Club as they brought GOOD TRACKS back to life — a community event that fused movement, recovery, and connection, all in support of Gotcha4Life, a mental fitness charity focused on building emotional resilience and preventing suicide.

Held at Harbord Hotel in Freshwater on Saturday 28th June, the morning saw an incredible turnout of locals and legends alike. Attendees kicked things off with either a 5km fun run looping through Freshie and Curly, or a calming mat Pilates session in Bombies with the team from Bodylove Pilates. The energy was high, the smiles were contagious, and it set the tone for what was to come.

Post-workout, Harbord transformed into a full-blown recovery hub. Ice baths, saunas, and compression boots (thanks to RCVRI) kept the feel-good vibes flowing, while breakfast essentials, a sizzling BBQ, and beats from the DJ made it easy to stay and soak up the atmosphere. We were there too, keeping the crowd fuelled with icy Beforeyouspeak Coffee samples and catching up with our community.

From early-morning sweat to late-morning chill, GOOD TRACKS was a huge success — raising both funds and awareness for a cause that hits close to home. A huge shoutout to everyone who showed up, moved their body, grabbed a raffle ticket, and helped support Gotcha4Life 💙
