Tiramisu Baked Slice

A must try recipe by @rawbeccabites_! Featuring our top selling Collagen Mocha Coffee, each slice will have you glowing from the inside out and coming back for seconds (and thirds and fourths) 🤭✨

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 sachets Mocha Collagen Coffee
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt

To Top:

  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Cacao
Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. In a small glass, combine Collagen Coffee with 1/2 cup of boiling water. Stir to combine.
  3. In an oven safe baking dish, add oats, chia seeds, cacao, maple syrup, baking powder, coconut milk, coffee mixture and 2 tbsp yoghurt.
  4. Mix to combine.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Let cool.
  7. In a separate bowl combine additional yoghurt and maple syrup. Spoon over baked oats and sprinkle with cacao powder.
  8. Slice and enjoy!
