Ingredients:
- 2 cups oats
- 2 sachets Mocha Collagen Coffee
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
To Top:
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Cacao
- Preheat oven to 180C
- In a small glass, combine Collagen Coffee with 1/2 cup of boiling water. Stir to combine.
- In an oven safe baking dish, add oats, chia seeds, cacao, maple syrup, baking powder, coconut milk, coffee mixture and 2 tbsp yoghurt.
- Mix to combine.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Let cool.
- In a separate bowl combine additional yoghurt and maple syrup. Spoon over baked oats and sprinkle with cacao powder.
- Slice and enjoy!
