Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (or 1-2 scoops of your favourite ice cream)
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2-1 sachet of Beforeyouspeak OG Coffee
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon – more or less to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger – more or less to taste
- A pinch each of nutmeg, cardamom and cloves – more or less to taste
- 1 tablespoon of almond, cashew or coconut butter
- Sweetener of choice to taste – optional
- 1/4-1/2 cup of ice – more or less to desired consistency
Optional add-ins
- 1 tablespoon of melted dark chocolate to swirl your glass with happiness
- 1 tablespoon of Beforeyouspeak Vanilla Creamer – makes it extra lush
- 1 scoop protein powder – for extra protein (I think vanilla or unflavoured would work best in this recipe)
Method
- Place all smoothie ingredients into your blender and process until smooth, creamy and well combined.
- Pour into a chilled glass or mason jar then top with toppings of choice - I love to dust with a little Beforeyouspeak Collagen Mocha – do it, thank me later.
Makes 1 dreamy latte
