Ingredients
- 1/2 sachet of BYS Performance Coffee - Caramel
- 1/2 scoop of BYS Collagen Complex - Caramel
- 100mL cold water (you can also use hot water for softer ice cream)
- 1 serve of our favourite salted caramel ice cream
- Pinch of flaky salt
- Dark Chocolate (optional)
Method
- Chill your favourite glass in the fridge or freezer.
- Dissolve the Performance Coffee - Caramel and Collagen Complex - Caramel in water.
- Remove glass from fridge or freezer and scoop a serving of ice cream into it.
- Pour the dissolved coffee/complex mix over the top of the ice cream.
- Roughly chop the dark chocolate & sprinkle over the top.
- Top with flaky salt, serve and enjoy!
