- 1 frozen banana
- 1 pitted medjool date
- 1 tbsp Beforeyouspeak Keto Caramel Creamer
- 1 sachet of Beforeyouspeak Thermo Extra Shot
- ½ scoop Caramel or Vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- ½ cup ice
Method
