Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

With only 2 preparation steps and a short ingredients list, this delicious, energy packed treat is chock full of healthy fats and Collagen thanks to our Natural Collagen Creamer! Gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and vegetarian, this smoothie bowl is perfect for a lazy Sunday brunch, a post workout refuel, or switch to our Adrenal Decaf and make it dessert!


1 cup frozen banana

1 tbsp smooth natural peanut butter

1 tbsp Beforeyouspeak Collagen Creamer Natural

1 sachet Beforeyouspeak Collagen Coffee Unsweetened

1 serving vegan peanut butter protein powder (or vanilla)

1 tsp honey

1⁄2 tsp cinnamon

Splash of almond milk

Handful of ice


  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Place mixture into desired smoothie bowl and top with your favourite ingredients. We recommend your favorite granola, peanut butter and banana!
