Mocha Mudslide

When you can’t decide between a coffee hit, a chocolate fix, or a refreshing smoothie—why not have it all? Our Choc Chip Mocha Mudslide Smoothie is a triple threat of flavour, energy, and satisfaction. Velvety almond butter, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and the dreamy combo of mocha coffee and cacao create a sip-worthy masterpiece. Add choc chips for that extra crunch, and trust us, your blender is about to become your best friend.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1-2 tbsp. of cacao powder – depending on how rich you want it
  • 1 sachet of Beforeyouspeak Collagen Mocha Coffee
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. of ground cinnamon – more or less to taste
  • 1 tbsp. of almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. of choc chips (or cacao nibs)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup of ice – more or less to desired consistency

Optional add-ins:

  • 1 Tablespoon of Beforeyouspeak Chocolate Complex – makes it extra lush
  • Whipped cream and extra choc chips to top
  • Chocolate spread or extra almond butter to coat inside the glass before serving

Method

  1. Place all smoothie ingredients into your blender and process until smooth, creamy and well combined.
  2. Pour into a chilled glass or mason jar then top with toppings of choice.
  3. Enjoy!

Makes 1 shake (because you won't want to share!)
