Mocha Gingerbread Bliss Balls

Ready to roll into the holidays with something that hits performance and flavour? Meet our Mocha Gingerbread Bliss Balls: tiny power spheres packed with festive spice, 11.5g of caffeine each, and a boost of our Collagen Mocha coffee. They’re the kind of bites that keep you cruising through your to-do list, your workouts, and any end-of-year chaos, while still looking like you’ve got it all together.

Makes approximately 20 balls, or you can make the balls smaller for a more bite sized version.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 2 sachets of Beforeyouspeak Collagen Mocha coffee
  • 3 heaped tbsp cacao
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 heaped cup of cashew butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup 
  • Desiccated coconut to roll balls in (optional)

Method: 

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Add in the wet ingredients and use a wooden or silicone spatula to mix together until fully combined. Add more cashew butter or maple syrup if the mixture seems too dry.
  3. Roll into small balls, then roll through the desiccated coconut to coat them.
  4. Refrigerate to cool/set before serving. Devour!
