Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Coconut Cream
- 180g Chocolate Chips
- 1 Sachet BYS Collagen Coffee - Mocha
- 1 Serving BYS Collagen Complex - Rich Chocolate
- Cacao Powder to Dust
Method
- In a sauce pan combine coconut cream, mocha sachet and collagen complex. Simmer on a low heat until warm.
- In a mixing bowl, pour in chocolate chips and then the coconut cream mix over. Let sit for 5 minutes before stirring.
- Stir until everything is mixed through.

Place in the fridge to chill for 3-4 hours.
- When set, dust hands with cacao to prevent sticking and roll into balls and dust with cacao.
- Return to fridge until ready to serve.
