Ingredients:
- 180g Coconut Yoghurt
- 2 x Sachet BYS Collagen Coffee - Mocha (use 1 for less caffeine)
- 40g Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 Squares of Dark Chocolate
Method:
- Mix coconut yoghurt, maple syrup, BYS collagen mocha sachets and protein together until smooth.
- Melt the dark chocolate.
- Add 90% of the melted chocolate into the yoghurt and keep two teaspoons to drizzle on top.
- Stir in the melted chocolate.
- Divide the pudding into 2 servings.
- Drizzle 1 tsp of the leftover chocolate over each pudding.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the yoghurt and chocolate to set.
