Built for those who want a sweet treat that still fits their macros, this Protein Mocha Pudding delivers on both! With a smooth chocolatey base, and a hit of coffee from the BYS Collagen Mocha, this pudding cup supports energy, recovery, and focus without sacrificing flavour. Think of it as your go-to for a post-training reset or an afternoon performance boost. 

Made with just a handful of ingredients and minimal prep, it’s the perfect make-ahead treat for busy days, post-dinner cravings, or a nourishing afternoon pick-me-up. Finished with a drizzle of dark chocolate, it’s simple, elevated, and seriously satisfying.

Ingredients:
  • 180g Coconut Yoghurt
  • 2 x Sachet BYS Collagen Coffee - Mocha (use 1 for less caffeine)
  • 40g Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Squares of Dark Chocolate
Method: 
  1. Mix coconut yoghurt, maple syrup, BYS collagen mocha sachets and protein together until smooth.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate.
  3. Add 90% of the melted chocolate into the yoghurt and keep two teaspoons to drizzle on top.
  4. Stir in the melted chocolate.
  5. Divide the pudding into 2 servings.
  6. Drizzle 1 tsp of the leftover chocolate over each pudding.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the yoghurt and chocolate to set.
