Easter Egg Cheesecakes

The ultimate Easter indulgence to impress your guests (or your insta followers). They may look fancy, but they're super simple to make with only a few ingredients!

Makes 12

What you need:

6 Cadbury Hollow Hunting Eggs
3 Chocolate Ripple Biscuits
150g High protein yoghurt
1 Scoop protein - chocolate
1 Scoop beforeyouspeakcoffee Collagen Complex - Choc Hazelnut
100g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
A generous scoop of Nutella to top

How to:

  1. Heat knife in hot water and slowly slice the hollow egg in half.

  2. Crush the biscuits and half fill each half of the easter eggs.

  3. Combine the yoghurt, protein, Collagen Complex and cream cheese until smooth.

  4. Add the yoghurt mixture on top of the biscuit base.

  5. Top each cheesecake with a drizzle of melted Nutella.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and enjoy!
