If you're looking to test your limits & challenge yourself physically and mentally, then you'll want to try this..

To kick off the week, Commando Steve has created the ultimate rapid body burning workout you can do at home or in the gym, with no equipment required!

In a three minute window complete:

  • 200m Run
  • 5 Push Ups
  • 10 Sit Ups
  • 15 Squats
  • Do as many burpees as you can in the remaining 3 minutes left!
  • Rest for 1 minute
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds!
