Caramel Decaf Coffee Blended Overnight Oats

Packed with protein and flavoured with our Adrenal Decaf Caramel blend, this recipe is guaranteed to fill you up and satisfy your sweet tooth. The best part is, there's no caffeine in it! So you can enjoy a hearty serve any time, day or night ☕

Ingredients

Oat Layer

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 sachet of Adrenal Caramel Decaf Coffee
  • 1 scoop of protein of choice
  • 3 tbsp greek style yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • Sweetener to liking - Stevia, maple syrup, honey etc.


Top Layer

Method

  1. Place all of the oat layer ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 1/2 an hour or overnight.
  3. Add the yoghurt layer on top.
  4. Dust with extra Adrenal Caramel or Caramel Creamer. Enjoy!
