Naturally high in protein and perfect for meal prep, this recipe is a total win for busy mornings or a post-workout refuel. It’s easily adaptable too—swap in your favourite yoghurt or plant-based milk to suit gluten-free, dairy-free, or low-sugar lifestyles. Big flavour, zero fuss.
Ingredients
Oat Layer:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 sachet of Caramel Performance Coffee
- 1 scoop of protein of choice
- 3 tbsp greek style yoghurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- Sweetener to liking - Stevia, maple syrup, honey etc.
Top Layer:
- 1/4 cup yoghurt
- 1 tsp Caramel Performance Coffee
- Sweetener to liking
Method
- Place all of the oat layer ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 1/2 an hour or overnight.
- Add the yoghurt layer on top.
- Dust with extra Caramel Performance Coffee or Caramel Complex to taste. Enjoy!
