Post-Workout Protein Coffee

Method

  1. Add the banana, ice and coconut water to a blender first (to help everything blend smoothly).
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend until thick, creamy and well combined.
  4. Pour into your all time favourite glass, serve immediately and enjoy!
