Cookies and Cream Baked Doughnuts

Ingredients:

Doughnuts

  • 1 Cup of self raising flour 
  • 1/2 Cup almond meal 
  • 1/4 Cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 Cup protein yogurt 
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 Cup  almond milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Serving BYS Collagen Complex - Cookies & Cream

Topping

  • 100g White Chocolate, melted
  • Oreas, crushed

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius 
  2. Place all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and combine. 
  3. Create a well in the centre of the mixture and place the wet ingredients into the centre. Stir until just combined.
  4. Lightly grease the donut molds with cooking spray or oil and evenly divide the mixture between 10 donut molds.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Once baked, remove and let cool completely. 
  7. Add Oreos to a bowl and crush.
  8. Melt white chocolate and dip and drizzle until your doughnuts till your heart is content. Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle with crushed Oreos. 
  9. Let the decorated doughnuts rest until chocolate has hardened. 
  10. Enjoy!
